Teledyne Relays introduces a new series of DPDT ultraminiature relays that deliver RF performance over a bandwidth from DC to 8GHz. The new RF312 exhibits high repeatability and is capable of transmitting signal integrity up to 12GBps data rates. The RF312 family of relays also exhibits excellent isolation between pole to pole. The ultraminiature GRF300 and GRF303 relays are designed to provide a practical surface-mount solution with improved RF signal repeatability over the frequency range. The latching single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) electromechanical switch offers an insertion loss repeatability of ±0.1dB across the full bandwidth. On narrow band applications, the insertion loss repeatability can be as good as ±0.05dB with ultra low PIM (Passive Intermodulation). Switch life is characterized at 5 million cycles. (read more)

Teledyne Relays introduced the compact Series X75 commercial AC solid-state relay, which is roughly half the size of an industry-standard hockey-puck package. The new high-power Series X75 relays complement previously released 16A and 12A touchproof spring terminal models. (read more)

The Series A152 highly repeatable ultraminiature attenuator relays are designed for attenuating RF signals in 50-ohm and 75-ohm systems over a freequency range from DC to 5 GHz. Their low profile and small grid spacing makes them ideal for use when packaging density is a prime consideration. The A152 relays eliminate the need for additional external resistors/attenuators. Series SH relays are available in random turn-on, zero-cross turn-on and high-voltage models. The relays are designed for a very long operating life. Switching currents range from 12A to 125A while output voltage reaches 690 Vac (1,600V peak). The devices are equipped LED indicators for monitoring input status. (read more)
