A series of Heavy Duty "Push-Pull" (HDP Series) style clamps has been introduced by Jergens, Inc. The clamps feature massive cast steel construction. A number of styles are available, including long "L-handles", which produce forces high enough to perform light metal forming or assembly work such as swaging, riveting or press fitting components, as well as clamping. The Side Swivel style lifting rings are engineered for mounting by original equipment manufacturers on items shipped to their customers. Each ring can pivot 180° and swivel 360°, which allows the items being lifted to be flipped and turned. (read more)

A line of machine vises has been introduced by Jergens, Inc. Two styles are available: a twin station design with either 4" or 6" jaw widths and a "MonoQuad" design featuring eight stations with either 4" or 6" jaw widths. (read more)

The Jergens Kwik-Lok™ Heavy Duty Detent Pins are shoulder style alignment pins for applications that don't require a positive locking ball. A heavy-duty spring and two spring-loaded stainless steel balls provide high pullout force. Construction is all stainless steel or alloy steel. Kwik-Lok™ Lifting Pins combine the convenience of a positive-locking pin, push button release design with a 5 to 1 strength factor to provide confident lifting. The lifting pins are 100% stainless steel, with a 17-4 PH stainless steel forged lifting ring to resist corrosion in harsh environments. Jergens, Inc.'s line of production vises provide quick change fixturing solutions two ways: jaw changeovers take less than a minute, and the BallLock™ Mounting System built in the vise's base permits one minute changeover. USAE™ washers combine attributes of USS standard washers with SAE attributes. The outside diameter (OD) conforms to USS standards to provide up to 36% larger size than standard hardened washers, creating more contact area and greater holding power. The inside diameter (ID) of the washers conforms to SAE standards, and provide a smaller ID for a more precise fit on bolts & studs. (read more)

The Ball Lock Torque Wrench is intended to provide precise torque when installing Ball Lock shanks. The wrench provides an audible overrunning when preset torques are reached, eliminating under-or-over tightening. Three sizes are available, which accommodate most popular Ball Lock shanks. Spinner-Grip™ nuts are a superior alternative to standard flange nuts as well as locknuts, including Nylon® insert locknuts. Jergens Spinner-Grip Nuts are Grade 8 strength and quality, and are more effective than standard hex nuts, flange nuts, or other locknuts at maintaining clamp load under heavy vibration.
