Abstract The DS100EG spark gap is designed to be used with the DSx50E or DSx50VG surge protection modules to provide common and differential surge GDT: Heavy-energy spark gap protection for AC power networks described in ANSI/IEEE C62.41, IEC-61643-11, and VDE 0675-6/A2. The device is UL1449 2nd listed and is connected between neutral (N) and ground (G/ PE) wires.
