Whether the size of the project is multi-million or under one thousand dollars, the merchantability of the equipment supplied is clearly indicated on all quotation documentation. All equipment, no matter the class of merchantability, is covered by a Product Liability Program as well as a Warranty for labor and material. All customers should discuss, at time of quotation, the level of Warranty that they will require.
