OKW’s huge range of ‘off-the-shelf’ plastic enclosures includes miniature, pocket size,
hand-held, sloping front, desktop, portable, wall mount and DIN-Rail cases as well as,
potting boxes and plug cases. A large selection of sealed enclosures is also included
in the program with protection classes from IP 54 to IP 66.
OKW plastic enclosures are molded in high performance ABS or polycarbonate
materials with flame class ratings from UL 94 HB to UL 94 V-0. Common options
include battery compartments, sealing kits, LCD windows, recessed top parts for
mounting membrane keypads or product labels, wall mounting clips and much more.
In addition to plastic enclosures, OKW also manufactures an extensive line of tuning
and control knobs in modern and traditional styles.
METcase™ Enclosures is a division of OKW, and is responsible for the design and
manufacture of the company’s aluminum enclosures program. The METcase™
line
includes desktop, sloping front, portable, wall mount and 19” rack cases. As with the
OKW plastic enclosures, these aluminum enclosures are stylish, ergonomic and practical.
OKW Enclosures, Inc. is also the USA importer for the TEKO line of enclosures from
Italy. This extensive range of plastic and metal cases offers both good design and
economic solutions.
OKW also offers a full customizing service on all of its enclosures. The company can
provide the enclosures fully finished with all the necessary modifications for mounting
the PCBs, connectors, displays, switches, and other components. The cases can
also be supplied in different colors, with silk-screen printing and RFI/EMI shielding.
The METcase™ aluminum enclosures can even be made in different sizes.
