Keithley Instruments, Inc(NYSE:KEI) announces a series of enhancements to its Model 2910 RF Vector Signal Generator. The new capabilities include additional wireless signal generation waveforms, a new power calibration feature, and increased ARB memory to accommodate more and larger waveforms. (read more)

AKON's line of RF signal generators are VCO based or DDS (Direct Digital Synthesis). VCO based units provide tuning speeds up to 110 microseconds with 1.0 MHz step size. DDS units for high performance applications have 10 MHz step size with 100 nsec setting time.
