Industrial Ethernet M23 RJ45

Sealcon / Hummel's new connector series M23 RJ45 provides safe data transmission in a very compact space. Designed for harsh industrial environments, our product provides IP67 protection in a standard M23-Fitting. A commercial patch cable can be used with these connectors.

The RJ45 Ethernet connection is housed within a durable nickel plated brass M23 housing, providing excellent cable strain relief with the integrated cable gland. Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6-versions are available.

The RJ45 plug connectors are available both in push pull and standard screw-locking styles.

Depending on the type of connection required (circuit board assembly or conventional connection) different styles are available.

As an additional advantage the dimensions of the flange, drill hole-patterns and sizes of the fittings are identical to those of the standard M23-Series, which is frequently used in industrial applications. This means substantial simplification without additional adjustments or modifications of fittings and drilling patterns when converting to Industrial Ethernet.
