The newest edition to ROHM's CMOS LDO regulator lineup is the ultra-compact BHxxRB1WGUT series featuring an output current of 150mA, high output voltage accuracy (±1%), a low drop out voltage of 100mV (at Io=100mA), and consumption currents of 34µA and 0µA during operation and standby, respectively. High ESD resistance (5kV) combined with built-in overcurrent and thermal protection circuits ensure a high degree of reliability in any environment. This series is offered in an ultra-compact 4-pin CSP package (VCSP60N1) possessing high heat radiation characteristics (540mW) and are available in a number of different output voltages (1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.1V and 3.3V), making them ideally suited for use in portable applications.
