Rittal Corporation announces the release of the RiLine60 Busbar Solution. Rittal has improved upon its successful busbar products with an updated system that is designed and certified for UL 508/508A applications for both feeder and branch circuits. This new system has 3 unique busbar profiles rated 200A up to 1600A and features patented connection clamps and adaptors to quickly and safely feed to/from the busbar system. Most any controls can be easily mounted directly to the busbar via component and circuit breaker adaptors rated from 25A up to 600A. RiLine60 accommodates both flat and PLS busbar and is ideal for motor control and power distribution applications up to 1600A.

Convenience of installation was a prime focus in the design of RiLine60. Once the busbar supports are mounted, most adaptors simply clip-on the system and can be easily removed and reinstalled. This modular busbar system can be custom configured for individual applications and still maintain a high short circuit current rating (SCCR) thanks to complete IEC and UL testing. Along with convenience, safety was of the utmost importance in the creation of RiLine60. For example, the modular cover systems seamlessly encapsulate the busbar to provide maximum contact hazard protection—allowing for maintenance operations to be performed without shutting down the system.
