The processing speed has been improved as well as its ability to transfer images in real time via Ethernet. The PV310 offers 13 pre-processing image functions that can be combined to enhance difficult defects. Pre-processing together with our new 360? low contrast matching function or our improved flaw checker especially developed to detect defects on uneven surfaces, make difficult inspections a walk in the park. In addition, the PV310 offers extra new features such as Auto Area Adjustment that automatically adjusts the inspection area to cover the workpiece, and the Branch Execution Function that switch routines depending on the inspection checker results.
